Fresh and tasty
All 3 jars arrived undamaged and the expiration date is 3 years in the future so they are fresh. They don't taste quite as good as the brand I usually buy but they are much less expensive, so they are worth buying. For newbies, break the skin with your teeth then squeeze the bean into your mouth. The skins may be edible, but they are rubbery and not pleasant to eat.

Good experience
My family used to make these at Christmas and they are a long process. These are identical in taste but are not as salty. Product came intact and jars were all sealed with no visible signs of spoilage. I like them with a little black pepper sprinkled on top.

Delicious high protein snack
These are a great savory high protein snack. They are in a bit of a brine, but it doesn't make them too salty. The skins on the beans are a little tough, however I actually like that fact since this is something to allow me to snack on something healthy and the tougher skins give it a robust mouth feel.

My favorite brand!
I've ordered these 3 times. They are my favorite brand and hard to find in this size. They are not overly salty.Unfortunately, on my last order, 2 of the lids were half off and the box was a soggy mess.. The caps were dented - probably from dropping the package. (No returns on these.) I wish they were packed better.Other than that, these are a great snack.

Unfit for human consumption
Lupini beans are poisonous by nature so they need to be soaked in salted water to remove the toxins. This has to be done several times and it takes a relatively long period to ready them for human consumption. I think this is the reason they're not more popular. This brand sold me 3 jars of extremely bitter (toxic) bean and now, since they don't accept returns, I have to do all the work of washing away the poison. Yet Cosmo's claim to fame is that the bean are ready to eat.

Jars well-packed!
Some previous reviews cited broken jars. This concerned me, but the jars were wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived whole.

Love these beans!
I can’t find Lupini beans in any supermarket near me. I love the slightly salty taste these have. I live a plant-based lifestyle and these beans are high in protein and a great snack!
