Purchased this specifically to use for our two puppy's whose eye lashes are curling inward and irritating their corneas with our veterinary ophthalmologists blessing. I'm very sensitive to preservatives in eye drops. These work very well for me, so I love the product. It does cause a bit of cloudiness right after use because it is mineral oil based, but this clears quickly. I hate that there is so much packaging waste and wish there was a way to have them last longer without preservatives.

I appreciate that the soothe PM night gel is preservative-free. It really is a TINY bottle for a expensive price, though not as bad as others I have seen. My only problem with it is that it is too thick and firm to adequately spread through my eyeball. I have to warm it up before using it otherwise it just globs up and falls out of my eye when I blink. Once I get it in my eye, it does work to keep moisturized fairly well throughout the night.
