A great ride round shops or shopping malls.
I bought 2 of these for my wife and myself. Push button fold and unfold, small but powerful battery and a fast charge. It is s bit fiddly to insert or remove the battery when folded but it can be done. Range is about 4 miles on a full charge, that is going by my longest ride which took me to just under half charge. These are not really suitable for use on footpath unless reasonably smooth and you need dropped kerbs if crossing roads.l

Folds to fit easily in boot of car
I need help to lift scooter into boot of car. I am 5ft 7in tall as such i cannot use the arms they are too low so i just removed them.I do not think it would be suitable for anyone much taller. Having said that it folds easily at the press of a button and takes up the space of a medium expanded suitcase in the boot. For the price I am happy with it especially the size it folds down to. I cannot take it over rough ground but use my older bigger scooter for this purpose.

Excellent product.
Weighing about 60lbs it may be a little heavy for many to lift. However once on the ground unfolding itself as you watch and then riding on it it fits the bill. Excellent.

Battery seems to last quite a long time.
Automatic open and close brilliant. Fits nicely into my small car using a hoist. Travels quite quickly on the flat. Fast downhill but can be slowed. Travels up a reasonable slope easily.

DO NOT BUY! Mine did 29 miles on flat ground and snapped. Support is useless.
It was received on the 17th of May 2022, and after a few teething problems, I began to use it. In view of the low ground clearance, I only used the scooter in indoor and pedestrianised shopping malls. On the 18th of July 2023, I was on the scooter in Streets Shopping Village in Somerset. The scooter suddenly clunked and stopped in the middle of a road crossing (when almost fully charged). I was stuck there and the only way I could move the scooter was to close it by hand. I then noticed that the frame had jumped out of line at a hinge point. I had to hit it with a new hammer that I had just bought in order to be able to push it (with assistance) to safety. When I got it indoor, the 9-beep error message happened, but I fully charged it and reset everything possible. That error finally went has gone, but the scooter would not open or close.I reported the fault to MSD on the 20th of July, via the Amazon messaging system, and was duly contacted by Lee Cartwright. As a result of that, I sent him the following message:"Dear seller, I have now discovered that the fault with the scooter is in fact a purely mechanical one, and my reading of the warranty cover in the manual leads to to believe that it IS in fact covered by warranty. The lugs on the lifting and closing mechanism are simply not engaging, nor is the catch that ensures that the chassis does not split when the scooter is moving. I have tried to adjust this myself, but with no luck. The faults are on the mechanical parts of the frame and platform, and these are covered by the 24 month warranty, not by the 12 month one.The scooter has done under 29 miles, and all of that has been on totally flat ground - indoor shopping malls etc. A scooter sold for a price of almost £1500 should last longer than this! It is my only method of transport nowadays, and I am simply stuck without it.If required, I can send you a short video to show what is happening, and you will also be able to hear the massive metallic clunk.I await your urgent response."You should be aware that at the time of the incident, my weight was 109 kilos - well below the maximum weight advertised. The MSD telephone response was that as MSD only warranty for 12 months, but yours is for 24 months, I had to pay a collection fee of £95 for them to collect the scooter. For expedience, that was done.Several weeks later, after hearing nothing, I contacted them again, to be told that their service engineers, Steve, had removed a catch and that the scooter would now "almost close" as the frame is bent (note that my hammer use only freed a slipped catch and the frame had already been bent by the occurrence of the fault). I was asked if I was willing to accept it back in that condition. I refused.Warranty repair should return the item to the buyer in original, fully-repaired condition. I was offered the chance to pay for a new frame and fitting, as that would not be covered by the MSD warranty. This is clearly wrong. As they agreed to repair the frame as it was covered under warranty, then if they cannot repair that fully, the frame must then be replaced under warranty too.I therefore request that the scooter is either completely repaired or my purchase price is refunded. I also require the £95 "collection fee" to be returned, as whatever repair is required is fully covered by your 24 month warranty. In other words, I, as the customer, should not have to pay anything at all.

Lightweight?
Gutted this has come down in price, and more gutted that it isn't at all lightweight...useless to me as i can't lift it into car and be able to go on day trips as i planned it for..disappointed is an understatement
