I’m old enough to where step in shoes would be appreciated. I bought a pair, but my foot isn’t as tall as the average person’s foot, so getting a pair that fit snugly wasn’t easy, so I sent them back. I tried these instead of my normal laces, and I’m very pleased with them! They keep my shoes snug, and the video was short, easy, and helpful! I give these every bit of a perfect rating, and I’ll get more for future shoes.

These are amazing. I will never wear shoes with any other kind of laces again. Set them up, lock them and never have to deal with tying shoes again. They stay in place perfectly. The slider is easy to operate if you need to adjust them for any reason. The size is sufficient for pretty much any pair of shoes. I trim them down a bit after installing them and still have enough extra to adjust if needed. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed to replace the laces my puppy destroyed. Also nice because I despise tying my shoes because I feel the time, effort, and mental faculties needed to do so are better utilized elsewhere. Also tying my kiddos is enough.

One of the plastic pieces (I'll call them lace-end terminators) that hold the two ends of the laces broke. Both lace terminators have let the laces slip out. I was usually able to reconnect them but the most recent time, the two halves of the terminator would not lock back together.I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. They sent a complete replacement for the whole product.When the laces slip out, you can use a very small flathead screwdriver to open the cap and reinsert the lace ends. To avoid the problem, be gentle with the end cap and it might help save it. I’ve done this a few times and this was the first time I had a problem.Overall, I'm happy with the laces. The weakpoint is the end caps. It might be tricky but one way around this is to glue the ends including the laces within the end caps. It's tricky because if you cut the laces too long and wanted to shorten them, the glue would be a problem - not for the laces if you were going to be shortening them but the end cap would probably be destroyed. You can just know the ends of the laces and not use the caps at all. That's not ideal but it does work.Bottom line; happy with the laces; The company stands behind it's products.

My son was nervous his laces would come untied during basketball games. Lock laces helped him forget about his laces so he could focus on the game.

A friend gifted the first pair of these 6 years ago to go in my boots bc I can’t reach my shoes to tie them results of a failed surgery. I ordered my 2nd pair a few weeks ago to go in my new boots. The 6 yo pair are as good as they were new and they make it so easy to put my boots on. I highly recommend these laces, they’re very durable and if you have any disabilities they’re a must have. These are quality and work very well with all shoes that I have tried them on. Very easy to install. I wear size 13 and they were more than long enough.

The laces work well when properly installed. However, if you get the last part wrong -- that is, you shut the end clip without perfectly capturing the laces -- then it is a total pain to undo the end clip. Per the manufacturer's instructions, I needed to get a flathead screwdriver, and had to use a lot of force to undo it. That's too much.
