Value for money easy to built delivery was before due time very nice driver who delivered the boxes , very polite .Very soft material very spacious a bit wobbly I had to put it against the wall but still wobbly cats didn’t really take it straight away a bit curious they still don’t sleep in itHeight is perfect quality is too notchI will definitely buy different beds next timeThis one is beautiful and cosy I’m sureWith time both cats will have a great time sleeping in it since they transitioned form a different cat tower to this one so it’s understandable, I love it and they will love it tooThank you seller

The media could not be loaded. What can I say? This cat tree is absolutely beautiful quality. Rock solid, plush and gigantic. I bought this as my Siamese is a *ahem* portly boy who struggled to fit in an average cat tree hammock or bed without capsizing the whole thing. Well there’s NO chance of that happening now! Both cats are a bit stunned by the sheer size of this, but have made great use of all levels. I was surprised by how entertaining they find the rope - who’d of thought!Assembly was straightforward but is easier with two people partly down to the weight and solid wood construction. Shipping was pretty quick, taking approximately 4 days from NL. There was an issue with the first shipment, but the sellers were absolutely brilliant about sorting it out. Fantastic customer service, unbelievable quality, and the fact that parts are easily replaced when they wear out makes this well worth the investment. Your cats will thank you - or they would thank you if they weren’t such entitled little monsters…

We have two 8.5 month old Siamese kittens who destroyed their original cat play house that was purchased from a well known retailer that has shops in out of town shopping areas. This new one from RHR looks and feels a whole level of quality better (and let’s be honest, with a price to match).It arrived in two separate shipments, with the ‘nests’ arriving a couple of days later - I was worried at first that they were missing; however, a quick message to the vendor was all it took to let me know that parts were not missing, just coming in a second consignment.Assembly was quick and easy, I had wanted to try to build it with the play house on the right rather than as shown in the left, but the hole pattern in the bed section on top means that this is not possible. One assembled it is very sturdy.Our kittens were VERY unsure of this at first, but then again from their perspective a giant ‘thing’ had just appeared in the middle of their kingdom. It took perhaps 3 hours before they seemed fully at home.This is a premium product, with a premium price, but you can buy spares, so if a part breaks or is worn through, you can simply replace that section - this was one of the features that drew me to this particular tree.Final thoughts? Well our kittens love it and if they are anything like ours, so will yours.

The media could not be loaded. So we have 4 cats, including one who measures 24 inches in length without stretching out. So a pretty big fella. Another 2 who seem to destroy any and all rope on the scratching post areas in days. These trees in the past were not inexpensive either.We got sick of buying these large trees, that weren’t used to their full potential (boxes so small, the cats weren’t interested, or platforms so that they might use one, but others were useless).So we looked around and found these. Having a budget, and a small one bedroom home, we decided on the 70X50X120 CM and 30 kg Cat Tree Scratching Post, as it gave us at least 3 areas for cats to use, plus it was small enough for our home.Despite the delivery time quoted, (which we understand as we are in the UK, they are in the Netherlands), it arrived in 3 days.After struggling with previous trees putting them together, this one was so easy! Truly - it was such a change. So first impressions were already great.So how did the cats take to it? I’ve put up a video of 3 of the 4 immediately trying it out as soon as we had finished assembly! Something we have never had happen before. Normally we need to pop a little cat nip on the trees to get them interested. Not on this one.The scratching posts are actually holding up to the two who destroy them with glee!The top platform is fought over on who gets to sleep in it, but both the smaller platform & box area get used as well.Truthfully, we love this tree - but most importantly our cats love it!Yes, it might be more expensive that most large trees out there from other brands, but for us so far, it has been worth every penny.We can’t recommend highly enough.

Got this for my 9yr old cat as it's a great height for her to sit and look out of the window. The materials are great quality and detachable cushioning on the top perch and inside the cave box are great for keeping it clean and fresh still. I believe you can also but replacement parts which not alot of manufacturers offer so definitely worth the investment. The cave box is turnable which has been an amazing feature in helping her to get used to climbing a big new structure and I've turned it on an angle to create a new step for her to jump up onto the big perch. The base and scratching posts are very sturdy, even on carpet I havnt had to attach it to the wall to keep it upright when she jumps onto it. Great investment and quickly approved by the cat!

I have already left a review. However I will try again. The quality is amazing and the scratching post are excellent. I think that the shelfand the den should protrude b y another three inches to allow the cat assess to the top relaxing area. Even my very large and energeticRagdoll does not jump directly up to the top and he is a young cat. My 10year old Persian who can certainly jump that high will not godirectly to the top and as yet has only used the scratching areas. I am hoping that as time goes by they will start to use it more.
