Comfortable
I work from home most times 12 hours a day using a head set. I have a wireless headset but sometimes I get interference and employees can not hear me well. I chose these because my husband (audio file person) told me this brand were excellent. I decided to give it a try. So far they are good and comfortable. No complaints from employees but not as strong noise cancellation as my wireless ones. I will keep them as a backup.

Repeated failures
This headset has been a disappointment for me. It works fine for 6-12 months, then I start to get static / noise in the microphone and/or earpiece. Once that happens, it seems to totally fail within a week. I returned one on warranty already, which was an OK process - but now the replacement is having the same problem after several months. Clearly they have quality issues with these - stay away!

Think I found a winner!
Starting a new job and needed a USB headset, for the 1st time ever. Did the research and went in a different direction, with cheaper ones, but ended up returning them for this.Took this headset out of the box it and tried it on with delight. Comfortable and good quality, which is what the cheaper models lacked. Can’t speak to the quality or sound yet, as I haven’t started using it, but am looking forward to trying it out.

Fantastic Headset That Blocks Out Background Noise
Fantastic headset. I purchased this as a remote employee with an incessantly barking dog from the neighbors. It kills that background noise and allows me to participate in conference calls without sounding like I am sitting in a kennel. I love my neighbor's dog, but damn. Highly recommended if you need something to kill background noise for the listener. I don't care so much about the noise on my end, I just don't want the other end of the line to hear it. I get compliments for my clarity when speaking as well.

Terrible
Terrible terrible terrible ! U can still hear back ground noise very well ! Then they stopped working my callers could not hear me as if i was on mute For this price I can not believe it it's as if I have on regular head sets Smh then I sent them back for refund and still have not received it 😠 tooooo much money to not work properly
