Don't waste your money. This book is oversimplified. You can get most of this already on the internet. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it sure wasn't this.

This book has been such a game changer in my life! Not only are the reciepes tasty, I have lost 30 pounds and I have a ton of energy. I have incorporated the guidance in this book into my life everyday over the last several months and I feel like I am a whole new person. My skin looks great too! I highly recommend reading this book.

It's a butch of crap!!

Spoke with my doctor regarding The Pink Salt Trick. She had recently attended a weight loss seminar on weight loss. She said someone brought up The Pink Salt Trick. She said that the consentious among the physicians there was that this is just the recent weight loss scam being promoted. Also the ingestion/intake of sodium, like this solution promotes is dangerous, as it in some instances can raise ones blood pressure. It can be dangerous to those who already have HBP.

Even the title of this book promotes weight loss BUT when you read it the book states over and over that is a myth! Shame on you!

I do not know who printed this book but the pages are upside down, page one starts at the back of the book and chapter one is in the middle of the book. This book is a disaster.
