I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but I felt that I needed to today. I’ve been using this product for about month now and I am so surprised by the results!! My toes have been in horrible shape for years. Thick and somewhat crusty with yellowish discoloration and a few with black spots. I have tried so many things to fixit, including foot soaks that my nail technician recommended. I would file them down a bit so they were less thick. I went to the salon pretty often and would just get gel polish so it wasn’t so ugly. I’ve been like this for as long as I can remember. I stopped going several months ago because I felt my nails needed a rest. After taking off the gel I felt so ashamed of my feet and did not like to take my feet out of socks let alone shoes! Then I got this stuff. Game changer! This stuff is working wonders for me! I think the black spots will take time to grow out, but everything else looks so good. I’m noticing a lot more growth than I thought I would be. Nails are less thick. Color—outside of those black spots—is almost normal at this point. I’ll report back in another month to update. This is by far the best product I’ve tried. I’ve tried a lot of over the counter remedies. I was not holding my breath, but I am definitely noticing changes that I did not think were possible. You won’t be disappointed!

My Dermatologist was the one to recommend this particular brand of toenail fungus killer. I ordered it and it arrived quite rapidly. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I follow the instructions you wash your feet. They give you four small size maybe about 3 inch size emery boards but they’re thick and have two sides with different textures on each side. You wash your feet real well scrub your toes use the little emery board and then apply the fungus medicine and I’ve been using it now for two weeks and I can tell the difference already. I believe that it has already penetrated to the source of the fungus area and as the nail grows, you cut and continue to cut and use the product daily. You get three pen types of apple cares and you screw the top down and as you screw down, it drips the medicine to the brush and you paint it on your nails it’s clear and odorless. So far this is working extremely well and better than anything you could buy on the market. so far, I recommend this and I will update my review when I have completed all three pens.

I am two weeks in and I am pleased. I can already see a pretty substantial difference. I have faithfully used it AT LEAST twice a day. The instructions say twice a day and it’s clearly states it’s a three month process (elimination, restoration, regrowth). I have tried so many products on the market and most did not work at all. There have been products where I’ve seen slight results but nothing like I’m seeing with this product so I’m very hopeful. I will come back with an update after a full month.Also, I think the 3 pens/vials will last the whole three months. I couldn’t find anywhere that stated how long it was supposed to last. I am about halfway through my first pen after two weeks. I’m using it on one toe but twice a day minimum!!

I have use my first pen, following the instructions, morning and evening, I don't see any difference so far. Can some please advise me for how long we have to use it to make difference?
