I don't know if it was the supplement or just my body doing it's natural thing. However, I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year. I'd go months with a period. Last period I had was due to a progesterone pill. Then it skipped again. I was late for about a week or two. After a week of taking this supplement. Not even consistenly, I got my period! So take it however you will but I know I will be purchasing again. Like other reviews says it does have a mild smell and the burps are weird. But nothing too crazy.

This is a great product. I take a multivitamin already so I just take 2 instead of the recommended 4. Was just looking to balance my hormones and ended up pregnant at 40 after just a few months. Can’t say for sure it was these that made the difference, but if you are struggling to get pregnant naturally, I would recommend trying these for at least 3 months! I’m still taking these pregnant with my prenatal. My labs, especially progesterone have been amazing!

i've been taking pcos supplements for yeaaars. i got this because it had everything that i take regularly for like 1/3rd of the price. i was super skeptical because of how cheap it was when normally all the supplements it contains are more expensive. you get what you pay for i guess.... these supplements made me feel weird and sick and nauseous. i stopped taking them and went back to my usual supplements and felt fine. and then went back to these and felt sick again so i know for sure it's these. i also tried to reach out to their customer service team probably like 10 times via phone call and email asking about any sort of certification which is normal and recommended for looking for good supplements (it basically is a certification that states that what is printed on the bottle is indeed what it is and the amount stated and that everything is legit) and they gave me the run around for MONTHS!! i looked up the brand and a little bit more about it and it's so sketchy. guys please do your research on stuff like this, especially literal supplements that can cause you insane disregulations. idk what's in these, it might very well be everything it states, but there's a reason it's so cheap. whatever is in here is not certified by the NSF or USP and is just dangerous to be taking.

After investigating PCOS I purchased all of the main supplements found in this pill. There were so many vitamins to take daily it was driving me crazy. So glad I found this, I hadn’t had a period in 166 days. Within a week I had my period, the correlation is enough to keep me taking the supplement

I did get through the entire bottle, and while I think they do their job and they’re a good option, I think they’re just hyped and so it’s a bit more expensive. The capsules are pink and cut so idk if that affects peoples preference, but I found them larger in capsule size and a bit harder to get down considering it’s 4 capsules per dose. Didn’t notice any side effects, overall will get the job done but are a little overpriced.

I’ve been taking this for almost a month now and here’s what I think.1. I haven’t seen any weight loss or gain2. I have been getting better sleep at night and feeling more energized during the day and have normal bowel movements, (I have ibs)3. They’re hard to keep down, they tend to try and float back up my throat unless I eat something with them.4. Taking 4 capsules is almost ridiculous.I haven’t noticed any unwanted side effects and we’re about to see if it actually helps with regulating my periods, (I have PCOS and haven’t gotten my period in over a year, it’s why I bought this).

For a few months now I was struggling with no periods and also had no energy to stay awake during the day however every since I started taking these my energy levels are good and after 7 months of no period it finally came! It hasn’t even been a month that I started taking these and I wasn’t a believer but I am now. I highly recommend them. I am not trying to get pregnant but rather began taking them to help regulate my cycle and stuff.
