Stephen's Gourmet Hot Cocoa, Milk Chocolate - 4lb. Canister

I was expecting a lot from this mix. First, I appreciate the big, 4 lb can. I transferred it to an airtight container. I used a cup of milk and 3 Tbsp of mix. Very rich and creamy. Then, I took a deep breath and tried it with hot water - same amount. I was surprised at how good it was! Still smooth and rich chocolate flavor. Honestly, I am thrilled. While it was a $$ splurge, it's worth it. Couldn't care less about the sugar or calories. When you want something warm and tasty, who cares. ..... Indulge occasionally. The funny thing is, I got this for my 3 grandsons when they come see me every week. But I'm finding it to be perfect for cold, Winter evenings.

Oh! Yes! Get this one! Rich and Creamy and very chocolaty. Use it every year for a Christmas Eve Cocoa Bar and lots of kids and adults can’t wait for it. Very yummy.

My order arrived promptly and in great condition.This hot chocolate powder mixes well when placing the suggested amount of powder in an 8oz cup, and adding just enough water to dissolve the ingredients before adding the remaining water.Creamy. Flavorful. Yummy!To enhance the creaminess of the beverage, add a bit of heavy whipping cream.A satisfying and delightful beverage.

The product arrived secure and on time. Be sure to order the weight you want. I made the mistake of not checking the weight and now have 4 pounds of cocoa. I wonder how it would taste on waffles or pancakes ?

I have been ordering this for years, I think I’m on like my sixth or seventh one. It’s always been really good, but I would say most of them arrive with the can dented. Today it arrived in perfect condition. If you have been holding off on re-ordering this because they couldn’t seem to ship it properly, I think it’s time to do it.This was all cosmetic, the product freshness was always fine. The seal was never broken, but it just seemed like a bummer to have the can always dented. This new can seems more impervious to dents – is some sort of paper or plastic thing that rebounds when you compress it.
