Not nearly as good as the add-all XR that I used to get. I can't find the XR anymore. I tried this stuff and it's nowhere near the XR level.

I was looking for a supplement that would give me energy motivation and focus without any anxiety. Something that was fast acting and lasted a long time to be able to get me through the work day. I have to say I was surprised by this product it was everything that I was looking for without any negative side effects. I don't know how it'll be for everyone but I know for me personally it did not cause headache, nausea , or anxiety. However if you are sensitive to caffeine you probably will feel pretty jittery after taking this and I would also recommend maybe eating something small with your pill and definitely just start out with one. I took one pill and it's been about 5 hours and I am still feeling the effects. I've taken other supplements before and it was almost too much for me to the point where I was starting to get anxiety and feeling like I was running in circles without getting anything accomplished but these supplements are definitely helping me to get things done and not have any anxiety whatsoever which is extremely important to me I would definitely recommend

This might be a placebo effect of a supplement. However, it’s is a really good and it’s the effects seem to be prevalent if you’re trying to focus for a brief of time. I personally didn’t notice a difference in the energy level. Therefore if you’re looking for a couple hours of focus to get some work done this will get the job done.

I was hoping it would increase my energy level which it did not. It did not seem to help my focus either. I guess I just had some unrealizatic expectations. Just did not seem to help me at all.
