This is my balance for gut health.At the moment, I had constipation for a few weeks and it was hard for me to handle while the laxative did not help me, but this traditional herb powder.I finished the bag. I’m going to give it three stars because maybe this is just what trifala is- but you guys, it’s literally impossible to choke down. It’s so astringent & bitter! What am I going to do with 2 pounds? 😭

I used to get the triphala from a different company and when they discontinued it I was bumped so I looked on Amazon . This is helping so much being regular ! Anyone that has issues going i recommend it . I normally take it at night before bed . I put a scoop in a warm cup of water with some honey , and in the morning magic happens 😊
