Amazingly delicious and easy to make! Gluten free!

So delicious ! Not too sweet but sweet enough I highly recommend ! I call them mermaid pancakes to get my daughter interested and she loves them now ! So fun

This Ube Mochi (made with sweet rice flour) Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix is to die for. It was easy to prepare because the only ingredient you need is just water. You can make the batter as thin or thick to your preference (I like my batter on the thin side for pancakes use). The pancakes itself had a beautiful soft and slight chewy texture. It tasted like ube that has a subtle vanilla and nutty like taste. I bought a pancake maker from Dasher here on Amazon and it took less than 2 minutes to cook these high quality pancakes.

These pancakes are a huge hit in our family. Even the pickiest eater requests these, over regular pancakes. The purple ube is fun without adding any strange flavors and the mochi texture is super fun. Lovely mix, especially when WF has it on sale.

Shocked at high rating of this item. Similar to another reviewer this was WAY TOO SWEET. Felt like you were eating pure sugar. Have had other Birch Benders mixes before such as the pumpkin one, and even the birthday confetti. This was a huge disappointment. Had the most incredible ube pancakes on a trip to San Diego once and was trying to recapture the magic. Anyway, massive fail!

Ive made these both as pancakes and waffles and they’re a nice little treat. Ive even added shredded coconut to the batches that is very nice.

Got these for a fun breakfast for the kiddos and most of them enjoyed it! It was neat to have purple pancakes, I don’t love mochi flavor but it wasn’t so strong to deter my kiddos.
