Update: filed for replacement with the vendor, the process was painful - even asked to upload photos and videos of product (first time ever I've come across such a cumbersome process). Then they rejected - because photo of dongle wasn't added. Dongle is inside the keyboard - and they never asked for a separate photo for it.Cust service response - "sir please understand"VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!@Amazon team: couldn't find a way to report this - vendor is not respecting the "service center replacement."- - -1. Build quality decent.2. Key layout different from typical keyboard - was expected based on reviews so no issues.3. Touchpad issues - gets stuck, auto-clicks (which can be dangerous if you're doing financial transactions etc), scrolling is 'jumpy'4. Manual is useless5. Haven't been able to find a way to adjust settings such as scrolling speed.6. The moment battery drops below full charge keyboard starts misbehaving. But there's no indicator so nothing you can do about it.7. (Alternative to above) Battery seems to be draining quite fast. Again, no indicator!8. Replacement is through service center - even within the 7 day period - will try, let's see if it works.

the product is good, however some visual indicators like low battery, bt(bluetooth) mode/2.5G mode active should make it better.i had connected it to one plus nord 3 via BT and it works fine.also i connected it to raspberry pi 5 on 2.4g and win11 on both 2.4g and bt.on win11 during gaming on bt mode(played destiny 2 via steam). sometimes it lags. led indicator is not needed when connected via bt as it shows battery level.overall good product.the user manual could be better.2.4g mode is seemless just connect the dongle received(on back when battery section is opened) and enjoy. bt setup also works provided you press Fn+BT for long just as in bt earpieces.i am happy as it does what i bought it for.

No issues with typing experience. It's chiclet style rubber dome, so very silent. The function keys are pre-assigned shortcuts. Functions work with function button. It's reverse. These are hardcoded. The overall build quality is good. But the AA batteries wobble inside back. You have to wrap one of them with a paper. Battery life depends on the kind of AA batteries you use. 2.4G connectivity is good. But bluetooth connectivity depends on your bt receiver.But touchpad experience is very bad.- The texture is very rough. So tracking is very jumpy.- DPI is very high. So don't expect smooth experience.- There is lot of latency while initially moving the pointer.- I accidentally triggered a lot of windows gestures. And there is no way to turn them off since Windows doesn't provide Touchpad settings for this keyboard. And there is no software from Ant Esports to disable them either. They are pretty much hardcoded.- Touchpad stops working after 30 minutes of inactivity. You have to turn off and on again.Don't get it for gaming. Or if you have a lot of precision mouse work. It's for casual office type work only. Use a lot of keyboard shortcuts in your workflow and keep mouse usage as secondary. Then this will be useful to you. It is functionally same as Logitech K400 but at affordable price. But touchpad is better on logitech.

Was a little sceptical while buying this as there was no information about this product anywhere on internet. Neither there was any youtube video, nor there was any info on company website.But this turned out to be everything you need from a keyboard and touchpad combo.It have a physical on off button on top which is a plus for battery life.For those looking to enter the device in pairing mode for bluetooth, do it by pressing Fn + 1(Bt). This will make the device visible to nearby devices. Added this as there was no info for this anywhere.Also at a time only single device can be connected to this via bluetooth. If you connect it with you tablet and then again pair it with your phone then the connection with table will be removed and you will have to pair with tablet again.The switch between bluetooth and dongle is also seemless.For anyone looking to use it with Samsung dex, it works seamlessly.PS- took me a while to find the dongle as i kept the cover facing down. I thought it was missing. lol 😂. So added a pic to help others.Now for cons, the only con i found is that there is some space between cover and battery. So if you use it in hands the battery will shake inside. Solved it by putting just a little paper as shown in pic. Also its a thick paper that amazon uses nowadays for its deliveries.Tried to make the review so it covers every point that i thought should have been mentioned. Hope it helps someone.Also for Amazon: pls pack the product. You just stick a paper on main box and deliver it. The box was also a little torn. Atleast pack them inside a paper cover if you wanna be so much eco friendly.

This Keyboard is useless if you want to use it for daily use.F1 to F12 are all keys behind the fn key. So if you need to use any of them, you need to first press fn, and then only you can use them. Ctrl + F4 is now Ctrl + fn + F4; to rename, Ctrl + F2 is now Ctrl + fn + F2.Without fn all of them behave as multimedia keys.All in all, this keyboard does not seem to be serious, and you need to change your typing habits if you want to use it.Also, there is no return option; you can only contact the service centre. Obviously, they will not return it for this reason as they have purposely created it this way.For me, this is 1200 wasted & the keyboard goes to the dustbin.

This is a very good product , but sometime the connection was cut when you use bluetooth ,,,,, But if you use dongale for connection then its working very good
