Just received it today and tested it right away. The digital screen is clear, and the mist is fine and consistent. Feels well-built and comes with useful accessories. Great first impression so far.

Ok so i got this today and to be honest , its a decent little unit compared to the very noisy electric nebuliser i have.its alot smaller than i was expecting too (in a plus side way).However, the listing DOES say that it is a rechargeble unit and it absolutely is not, and the instructions(in pidgeon english) tells you that it,s not but that said, i dont intend to return it because i can live with that. one of the other reviews said that it has to be plugged in to use but no it does'nt if you put batteries in it.4* cos of the rechargeable fib but overall good unit

I assembled nebuliser and filled cup with saline solution. Machine converted liquid into fine mist that dispersed evenly through mouthpiece. Digital display let me select ten-minute session without guesswork. Motor operated quietly, letting child rest without startle. Automatic cleaning kicked in at end of treatment, preventing clog in mesh. Gold-plated contact points resisted medication residue and wipe-down proved simple under running water. Charger cable fit bedside USB port without fiddly adapters. In travel kit it proved compact for trips, offering relief wherever congestion struck. No complex disassembly required between uses. Device delivered steady flow of mist on both adult and child settings, easing breathing within minutes. I now rely on it for quick relief without bulky compressors.

Have used it twice and it delivers Salbutamol perfectly and no noise. It is not rechargeable however it can be run with both batteries and mains using the USB to USB-C cable which is provided.

Silent! Which is most important with fussy child. Easy to use and easy to clean. Does the job
