The body itself is metal and has a surprising amount of weight to it. The suspension items are made of plastic and use a "floating axle" articulation mechanism which I've seen on other monster truck toys. The colors of this model are bold to say the least: this El Toro Loco body itself swaps out the typical flame motif for a slime design which my kid really liked. My kid already bent one of the axles a bit after a weekend of rolling it down the deck stairs over and over and over and over. That said, it seems durable for the money.

I recently purchased the Monster Jam Official El Toro Loco Monster Truck, and it has been a hit! We love these monster jam trucks in our house. Provide endless hours of fun & entertainment for my 3 & 6 year old. A little pricey for the durability, we go through many of these trucks a year (gentle is not something my children thrive with). Size is perfect for both my age children.

Would be great. The truck itself is exactly what I wanted but it was broken when it came. One of the wheels was snapped off. Honestly it seems like these toys are just getting cheaper and cheaper made but cost more and more
