This unit is an amazing piece of technology. It is solidly built, form factor-wise. It also has an amount of “heft”, or weight to it. And it should if you want the ability to provide a lot of power to your devices. In particular, ones with large power requirements like the iPhone 15 or 16 Pro Max units…I have the latter. And in my case as well, I have a laptop, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus 16 with an Nvidia RTX 5090 that I bought, fully loaded from Best Buy.I feel it’s a good combination. One that can help keep my laptop powered while I use it. We have a sailboat and I like to have it with me for movie nights in our aft cabin. Game playing? I have lost that bug long ago. i try to relight that fire but for whatever reason I suppose it’s a bit more difficult for me now. When I was thirty, I was “waxing soccer punks” as they used to say (just let me smile about the reference, it doesn’t really mean a thing).But these days I have a disease at 59 years old: I’m aging out of playing video games. Nooooooo! I don’t want this. I feel young. I even look like I’m thirty years old, a gift perhaps of good genes from my family before me. But maybe I need some kind of super solder serum like Captain America had. I digress.This unit gives you all of the information you will need in a colorful display. No nonsense, No fluff, only what you need to know. How long until recharge. How much power incoming and how much power outgoing. All good, right? In my outlook, yes.

Gadget nerd here. This powerbank ticks a lot of boxes for me. I love the watt meters. I keep finding things to charge just to see how much power they need. Very useful. I do wish it would display charging voltage as different devices use different voltages that get selected automatically. Very solid build and fun to look at.

The build and feel of the battery is great. Its a solid, high quality product. Other than the clear plastic being very vulnerable to wear and scratching ruining its cool look.However on the topic off capacity: DO NOT EXPECT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO 24,000mAh!! This number is the total capacity of all the cells, but it is not what you will get to charge your devices with. I ran a capacity test at ~5V and ~2.9A, and over the course of about 5 hours (give or take 15 mins) it went through about 13500mAh. EXPECT TO GET MUCH LESS if you are charging a device at a a voltage higher than 5V, such as a laptop, SteamDeck, etc.I will add this is common amongst large high wattage battery banks since converting to higher voltages means more loss, so this isn't an insult to this product, but more so a heads up to people who might expect to get the full 24,000mAh. Which is why I am giving 4 stars.I will update this review if there are any issues found with things such as heat, power output, or reliability. But Capacity was the #1 concern for me.

Purchased this item in May, 2024 as a gift to our son. He used it lightly for several months. One day, the display indicated overheating and shut down the power bank - FOREVER. My son contacted the manufacturer / seller who informed him it's outside of its warranty and therefore he was stuck with this useless $160 item. There is no reset button and it no longer functions as a power bank. IT CEASED TO FUNCTION MUCH TOO QUICKLY IN MY OPINION.I was trying to figure out ways to make this former electronics item have some value. I've taken pictures of the things that now make it somewhat useful - refer to the photographs. I've read other reviews complaining of the same issue. You may have some creative ideas of your own before you need to recycle it.Too bad, I really liked this design and thought better of it. Hank.
