Quick connecting
The Cardo pro is an outstanding headset. Easy installation. It has very good clear audio and the voice commands work wonderful. I love the crash notification on the unit as it gives peace of mind. Quick charging and I feel for what it offers it is a good price. I cannot say enough praise for this product.

PackTalk Pro or Sena 50R/S?
I had the Sena R for a few months this year in 2024. Overall I was not impressed by anything. The app is very not optimized. Remember when apps were first being developed and you found that it didn’t have basic functionality? That’s what the Sena app was. The Sena Speaker quality was basically “budget” ear bud quality. Ever have to use airplane headphones or buy cheap headphones at a corner store to get you by? That’s was the Sena speakers are. Flat and dull everything, absolutely 0 bass, leaving you feeling that at least some music is better than nothing. But the most terrible part is the voice & audio mixing. No issues hearing people, but if you had music/radio playing and someone would speak/you would speak, it would abruptly dim the music so it would majorly distract you. If you turned off that feature, voices would blast through the speakers and deafen you. The little mixer they include in the app didn’t do enough, so music would be SUPER quiet and voices would be too loud, always.I say all that to tell you that my experience with the PackTalk Pro has been the complete opposite. I’ve had mine for close to 2 months. Outside fitting it to one helmet that has a small fuss (not Cardo’s fault there!), it has been great. App is modern and WORKS. Music sounds great, not fantastic as it’s missing lows, but overall I’m happy with it. They honestly sound like wired Apple Headphones, passable at everything, good at voice. I like that the unit can be removed and attached to other helmets quick. Battery life is fantastic, especially with the auto on/off feature. And the Crash Detection feature can be toggled. It’s great to have another safety net when riding. Outside of the steeper price, I have 0 complaints. It’s a great product. A flagship model that kicks the crap out of the competition.

Great headset, connects fast, good sound quality
Easily installed on my helmet replacing a Sena, although the large speaker may be an issue in helmets with smaller speaker holes they were part of the reason I bought it and fit like a glove, audio quality is great and have had no issues taking calls or using Siri, and the auto off feature has saved my ride a couple times, my only real complaint is that I put off making the jump into Cardo from Sena because of initial unfounded worries about it connection with my motorcycle, however it connects right away as soon as I turn my bike on and doesn’t drop connection, very happy with my purchase and an easy recommendation for anyone wanting to make the purchase once and not have to worry about second guessing it

Recommend
A knowledgeable friend recommended this unit for me. I am not that tech so I had no idea what I was buying. It turned out to be relatively easy to install and pair with my phone and my GPS. I have only made one call so far with it but I am impressed so far. This will add communication and music to my rides not to mention safety with the accident notification. The unit allows me to hear the verbal navigation information from GPS, also. I bought the propac version. I regret waiting so long to do it.

Perfect fit
I ordered this for my husband as a gift and he loves it he says it works really well he has called my while riding his bike and I don’t hear any noise the sound quality is very good and he said is super comfortable. He can’t wait to go on a long trip with his friends and be able to talk to them.Plus it has a crash detection feature that I really like I hope he never gets into a crash but if that happens it will send me an instant message with his location

Quit considering upgrading and just buy this Cardo!!
Recently upgraded from a Sena unit to this Cardo and the features, operation and quality are WAY better. Seamless connection to friends who also use Cardo units and range is excellent in group rides. The absolute only complaint is the boot up and down audio messages, but that's livable and easy to ignore. Recommend to everyone who asks about what comms I use now. The charge also lasts way longer than my Sena ever did and is nice to use the exact same usb as every other phone and device sold these days. The quick magnet install to the baseplate eliminates fumbling trying to align anything and can literally just be throw at the helmet and mounts itself!

Works great but can’t agree with the price
Great device. I mainly upgraded from the packtalk slim for the auto on/off function. It truly works great! You no longer have to think about whether or not you forgot to turn it off and because of that, it just feels like the battery life is that much longer. You still have the option of a full shut off if you aren’t going to use the helmet which is even better. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because the price is unreasonable in my opinion. It’s a great device but they’re asking too much for what it is.

Outstanding all around
This is a great unit, the volume is awesome and the sound is terrific. The communicator has pretty good distance and is super easy to install in my helmet. The microphone placement is a bit particular, but used it on a few rides with other riders and the sound quality is really great. It pairs flawlessly with my phone and I really like the auto off/on feature. Definitely a must have for motorcycle riders.
