Possible problem taking this product.
After taking 2 tablets after breakfast for 5 consecutive days, I developed a cankor sore on the left middle side of my tongue. I immediately stopped taking it.

No bad taste
This product didn’t make my stomach upset or anything, overall was ok. I took it for 6 months. Overall definitely could have contributed to my weight loss but I was already having diet change and healthier lifestyle when it was introduced to me that it’s hard to tell. The on,y reason I stopped taking was because of price. I was also buying 3 other supplements from the same brand and gets expensive.

When I first started taking it I could tell the difference, not so much now.

Doesn’t work for everybody.
For me these didn’t really do much. I was honestly more hungry taking these than not taking them. My energy level was up a little more than usual. These just made me more bloated and more hungry.

First week felt a difference
I was concerned with the ratings but once I read the reviews I thought to give it a try. I have never used a weight loss diet pill or anything if the sort. I’m 36 and the “stubborn belly fat” got me since this is something I struggle with. I started taking the pills this week, I make sure to drink LOTS of water and eat something with the two pills in the morning. By the SECOND day I felt a difference. I feel more energy and less hungry but again I feel like exercise is crucial. I was slacking on my exercise for months and I feel like this definitely made me get moving. Planning on sticking with it at least 2 months so I will report back with how it goes. I’m impressed I felt a difference already and feel it was totally worth the purchase and was easy to put into my daily routine.
