Great for people coming off of the IUD.
I would recommend for people who are used to using low hormone progestin or something like the mirena IUD, which has a similar homone. I had the IUD for six years and constantly bloated and cramping so I opted for switching to this pill which was a easy and smooth transition. The first week I was extremely nauseous and it made me a little dizzy, but I did take it before bed at night like my doctor recommended so that I wouldn’t feel the full effects. I’m on month two and I got my period on it, but it was one day shorter than what I would normally get and not as painful over a while. If you know, your body can handle the type of hormone that is in this well, then you should be good. Everybody is different but for me it almost feels like nothing.

Effective for regulating hormones
I only took these for a month and I was 17 when I took them. I’ve had irregular periods since I got them when I was 11, i’m talking 3-4 periods a year. When I first started getting periods, they’d last 1-2 weeks, but as I got older, they shortened to 5 days. The month that I did use these, I got my period twice in the same month. 8 days of bleeding, 7 days of straight spotting, 6 days of freedom, then right back to another period. but that one was only 5 days and i spotted for 3 days after. i think it was just so much the first time because my body was getting used to the switch.I only stopped taking Opill because my parents found out and took it away..I guess it’s wrong to try and regulate my hormones when my doctors keep telling me having 3-4 periods a year is normal even tho i’ve had it since i was 11. oh well🤷🏾♀️I was sexually active when I started taking this, but idk if it’s actually effective in preventing pregnancies. we didn’t change anything abt our sexual routine, so idk if it’s like..safe to have someone nut in you while taking this. plus i’ve been sexually active with other people before ever taking birth control and still never got pregnant even when a guy said he didn’t know if he pulled out in time, and when another said he did nut in me..so it’s hard for me to evaluate its effectiveness.if you wanna get it for hormonal purposes, i say go for it. it definitely did something when it comes to my periods. i took one of those women’s health tests online and it said i could be lacking progesterone, which is what this birth control contains. so if i do lack progesterone, or you do, this could definitely help. i’m 18 now & plan on getting this again eventually..just whenever im not afraid of having a regulated period again. cause that made me go thru 2/3 of a box of tampons WAYYY too fast for my liking

My GO TO birth control!
This is my Go To Birth control plan! I had to switch jobs about 2 years ago so I no longer had benefits or insurance to have birth control covered & at the time I had just had a baby & I was breastfeeding. It’s been TWO years!…. Never did it affect my breastfeeding journey (it’s over with now) my first & only child is about to be 3 & no type of pregnancy scares since I’m pretty good at taking these. AFFORDABLE! No crazy side effects. & I am a PCOS girlie & these help regulate my period too! :)

Not pregnant yet!
So far, working so good! No insane side effects. Great price for a baby pill. I used to pay $40 for one pack! So glad I’m not pregnant yet. I wouldn’t be able to afford a child. I can’t even properly cleanse myself, and I have to cleanse someone else?! I can’t do that. I know I’m 31, but I’m simply not ready for that responsibility! I got fired two weeks ago! Imagine I had a kid! I would be so stressed. Thank you Opill!

Such a great option. I no longer need a prescription.
For those who experience headaches and nausea with this, I have found that taking it at bedtime works for me. I no longer experience either.

Finally!!!!
These have given me freedom. Before these mini pills became otc(over the counter) … I had to beg my freaking gynecologist to give me a progesterone only pill.I’m in my forties and starting my menopause journey off by nearly bleeding non stop for a year. The doctor didn’t want to believe me that the regular birth control pills weren’t helping and not good for someone my age with high blood pressure. He finally gave me the birth control pill called Heather and yes I stopped bleeding . Well, I’ve had every test done and this bleeding happens every period now and it’s just my stupid hormones. I now order these otc pills instead of begging doctors. I only take them when I want to end my period.Only down side is that these are not as strong as the Heather pills (same stuff but lower dose) so I take two at a time (yes I asked the doc if I could)And once the bleeding stops I stop taking the pills til next period (which could be the next month or 3 months later thanks to menopause)I very much recommend these mini pills.

It's good, if you need something quick to get.
I've been using this pill for several months now, I looked for it as a good option when you don't have insurance, because to get others because I needed the prescription of a doctor, and I was difficult to get it, although I also saw that Amazon is already in that, it gives you online medical checkups I think, but honestly I haven't tried it.The pill works because so far I haven't become pregnant, but it has some problems that the previous ones hadn't caused me, such as how irregular my cycle is, at the beginning I had my menstruation at 28 days, when I finish it now it varies a lot sometimes I need a week or more to finish the package and it's back that's what bothers me the most about this because you don't have a good control in this, apart from sometimes more abundant than others or irritability, but for ease then, it's not stopped using them or looked for another alternative.
