It is okay if you need GF. Expensive. I add a couple of tablespoons of powdered buttermilk - much better taste. I also add a bit more milk for a better consistency.

Quality Product. Made twice so far - once exactly as the instructions said and once subbing oat milk and vegan butter for my dairy-free wife. Both times the pancakes were fluffy, soft and delicious. It's also wonderful that they have the exact same texture as non-GF pancakes and stay strong while flipping. No one would ever know if you served them to non-GF folks! I've never tried another brand's pancake mix, but I see no reason to after making and tasting these!

This is my fav gf pancake mix on the market. I use a mashed up banana and blueberries or sometimes cinnamon and such in them.King Arthur products make gluten free baking easy.

As someone with Celiac, I've tried so many brands, and this is by far the best. Works great for waffles, pancakes, crepes (more milk). Can add ingredients, orange/lemon zest, berries, cinnamon, for different flavors. Consistent, fast, easy. Their other floors are great too and BEST brownies mix by far. King Arthur is the best GF 1:1 you'll find.
