The mix ratio is 1 to .68 or 1 cup mix to 2/3 cup water, 3/4 c mix to 1/2 c water, 1/2 c mix to 1/3 c water, etc.

Q: Can you fry chicken with tempura flour

Yes I do all the time I dip in dry tempura, then egg & milk , then back in flour again. The secret is do as the chicken place on cookie sheet for 30 min the dr.op in oil. Ps season the flour with your favorite spices.

5lbs is a lot to use by expiration date. Store in freezer n don’t worry about expiration date

the FDA requires that is MSG is added to a food, it must be listed on the label If it occures naturally (like in cheese or tomatoes) it does not have to be listed.
