Fabulous!
I cant believe how amazing this product is. If your having difficulty with a rectal prolapse and uterine walls collaspe then this is a game changer. Easy to use with a discreet carry bag. Easy to clean just leave in hot water untill cold and dry with tissue and your good to go for next time its needed. I was very poorly with toxins building up but using this tool I have had so much energy. Plus if you get a pocket pushing through from your retum whilst pooping, placing this in to the correct position releases the trapped poop and you will even know when that happens as the tool dips, so you know when theres clearance. I think this is a game changer whilst I await further investigations into what's going on.

Game changer. Discreet to carry in a handbag, although I keep it in a makeup bag as the bag supplied - a draw string fastening, is not really practical when out and about. I was hesitant to try this, it seemed a strange thing to do but has made going to the toilet (no 2's) so much less of a struggle since developing double prolapse. One question, why do we have to pay VAT? Surely it's an essential medical device.

Not for me sadly
While this product makes perfect sense, sadly it didn’t work for me. I do have complex problems so don’t let me put you off giving it a try!

Not for everyone
I thought quite hard before committing to buying this gadget. It’s smooth and hygienic and easy to use after a bit of practice, but I’ve not found it very helpful for my particular condition. Also I would not particularly like to have to carry it around in my handbag as although it’s light it is still a fairly large package once stored in its carrying pouch. As for the carry pouch - why the need for the flock outer? This picks up lint and dust and even hair in my bathroom which looks dreadful on the black flock. I have transferred my femeeze to an ordinary waterproof toiletry bag instead! Ultimately it’s a lot of money to spend for a small piece of shaped plastic. I guess it’s useful to others depending on where their prolapse is situated. It’s a pity this type of aid can’t be got on prescription from your doctor or clinic as it would be easy to decide if it’s suitable that way, but I would not buy this again.

Instructions are very theoretical. Practical details needed.
The user instructions need to be much more explicit. There is no point in being coy about it, one is using it to assist with defecation problems. I.e. schematic diagrams are all very well, but you need to know embarrassing details. How to insert it – standing up or lying down. Whether to put it in, push the rectocoel aside, take it out, and then attempt to defecate or whether to leave it in whilst doing the latter – my doctor told me the latter, and it is actually quite difficult. It's a brave attempt at solving a difficult problem but I find it difficult and uncomfortable to use. One also needs to know where to get more of the lubricating gel.

Easy to use, moulded plastic, check for any rough patches advised by makers. Effective.
I have a rectocele and cystocele due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I certainly do not wish to risk surgery with the mesh implant scandal.I wanted a non invasive aid which I could control myself.I bought this product as a gamble, sticking a thumb in the vagina can be awkward whilst emptying bowel and bladder. The instructions are helpful.Used it with no trouble. Urination was also easier with no pinching to the urethra. I did not need lubricant, I put this down to adequate HRT, very important in maintaining the health of genitals. Those women who cannot use systemic hormones should ask for vaginal estriol cream from their GP.Device is so simple to use. I was annoyed by one thing. This was developed by the NHS to help women. Great idea, however cost is high for a piece of moulded plastic. I can afford it but many women will hesitate to buy it.Simple to clean, nicely designed. If you are confident with your own body, it will be a good deal easier to use.
