This is my third Ruby eye pencil and I was hooked ever since I got my first one. However the last two times, the pencil tip broke off as soon as I opened it and I lost quite a bit of the product.Please rectify this so that I can enjoy the product for a longer time. The pencil glides smoothly over the eyes and I love it.Thanks

This semmed to br best selling product but I got product manufactured in August 23 which will expire in August 25. Moreover the to is used & broken. Owner should look into these isuues

It stayed for more than 9 hrs in eyes. If you are not sweaty and won't touch your eyes it stays .I was little sceptical of buying after seeing comments that says it goes quickly.but it stayed for me. May be for sweaty person it might be different.it doesn't irritate my eyes.only drawback it is expensive.but if you want organic kajal without harmful chemicals and good duration of stay. It is a good option.

The brown kajal was completely broken. It doesn't even sharpen at all. Defective. Both the kajals and pigmented. The brown looks almost black.
