This is my second purchase of these after a friend lost my original pair. At least, she claims she lost them! Was glad to be able to get the same ones after 10 years as they were prefect for me, and the new pair are just as good. A nice size for my small hands, and the best cutters I’ve used. I mainly use them for jewellery making but have also used them to mend electric fencing and anything that needs a bit of extra strength to cut (also good for toenails!)

I bought these for my wife, whose hoby is jewellery making, she uses these with Aluminium, copper and silver wire of various gauges and sections (round, half-round square and others). they make a very clean cut with a minimal amount of rough edge.

For the price they're great, as I'm in the AV business these are precise, sharp, cut cleanly and handle well, but if you're after quality with a 'K' then buy Knipex, be prepared to pay more....

I was looking for flush cutters... and these are not quite flush, but still study and well made.

These simple cutters are perfect! nothing I can possibly complain about, they do the job and are simple deisgn, I will look at Engineer Inc for all my electronics tools.

I bought these for cutting wires for electronic projects and ended up returning them.Having worked in a tech firm for 3 months where I was exposed to proper tools I wasn't impressed. The cutting edge feels clumsy and I find it difficult to be precise when snipping something small and the spring mechanism is very poor.I recently bought a pair of Lindstrom Diagonal Cutting Snippers that i'd recommend over these.

A must for accurate P.E. Work. It's rather high priced but a beautifully machined tool and should last for years.

As per the headline - bought these and also a pair of Knipex 78 03 125 sidecutters at the same time and the latter are quite a lot better and more accurate (at least for me)
