I bought these to put in my front room window for the Xmas period!I wasn’t sure if they would be up to the job but I have to say they might just be the prettiest window lights I have ever had!They come with hooks already on which are simple to attach to an existing net curtain rod, and a bit of patience later (as they can tangle easily) you have a beautiful window display, the remote control works well and they are nice and bright (you can even dim them if you prefer)All I can say is buy them you won’t be disappointed. 😍😊👍🏻🎅🏻🎄🎁☃️❄️

I hung these up in my window for Christmas, I put the in the old curtain hooks on a track which I had gotten round to taking down, they really look so pretty, my friends came the other day and wanted them so I bought a set each for them. The remote control is great and it gives you the option of picking a different sequence for the lights to follow or remain static, they are a decent length( I have a 8 foot ceiling and the top of my window is near there) and they still drop below the windowsill. They are bright and I have the coloured lights and my friend have the warm white , they do catch your eye as you walk passed. My friend has draped some strands back giving herself a bit more versatility with the way they fall. All in all an excellent buy

Be prepared to give up at least an hour to unravel the thin wire rice lights, that kept knotting together, that’s if you could get them uncoiled in the first place. Once up the light strings are so far apart that it just looks stupid. One coil we couldn’t undo at all so looked like a bunched up ball of chaos. If I could give them zero I would. After an hour of swearing I give up and threw them in the bin.

These are not particularly easy to unravel from the spools that the manufacture wraps them in. Because the cable is stiff it kinks easily too. The lack of a plug is a downer for me too, luckily I had a spare usb adapter I could use. As for size, the LED wires are meant for a large window so I had to loop them back carefully but that was my bad as I didn’t check the dimensions. The hooks to mount them are useful but you’ll need either a curtain wire or string to use them. I already had 3M Velcro backed hooks on the UPVC surround so I used them but again, the spools were a nightmare to unravel. In all I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who doesn’t have the patience of a saint, but they aren’t to shabby and look pretty and have lots of modes to choose from. If you want easy, these aren’t for you but if you are, like I’ve decided to do, going to leave them up all year then get them.
