You have to use this as directed. Twice a day and keep using. After a month I started to see smaller hairs coming in. No chemicals smell and it’s not sticky. Love the spray instead of the gel or foam. For some reason, when I reorder this, some manages to leak in the box, nut a lot but it’s every delivery.

Developed a bald spot right in the front of my hairline due to the current political climate. MD suggested I get minoxidil, and the spray is the easiest application. 4 months in, spot is gone and my hair loss i was struggling and its not falling out!!

UPDATE: Change from 2 stars to 1. Unable to reach seller or mfr re: my issue (see below): no ph# or email provided anywhere. A website on the pkg (inside/top flap) is a non-secure URL. To return this to Amazon for a refund at no cost to me requires a drive of >12 miles for me. This is not good service from anyone, so I'm out what I paid for this defective product & am now in search of a similar item hopefully from a co. that actually stands behind their products.I bought this item previously; worked fairly well. Then tried something else that didn't really work for me. So I recently bought another bottle of this again, but upon opening it, I saw the serum this time is yellow--but it was clear the last time. I asked a question about whether or not this means my most recent shipment is bad or not, but I have not gotten an answer from users, the seller, or the mfr thus far. Don't trust using this 'til I have an answer. May even send it back at this point.

I bought it because it sounded good and it does seem to work. To early to see the final results but it looks like I have hair regrowing.
