The beet concentrate is bitter. Not like the blueberry which is naturally sweet. I mix this with perrier and a stevia packet over ice cubes. Instant sugar-free soda with all natural ingredients without preservatives. I do the same with the blueberry. I haven't opened my bottle of the black cherry concentrate yet. Also the flavors I purchased are EBT eligible. Not every product is EBT eligible from that company. Also other sellers not direct from the company are selling this brand's products and you don't know how long they've had it sitting around. Make sure you see the bright blue Amazon logo by the Price listed so you know it's not coming from some side seller.

It is really good when you mix it with juice. Not really good without juice unless you like the taste of beets.

I could not take because of the huge amount of sodium. Too expensive to return. I gave to someone that did not have to watch for high amounts of sodium. She had already been taking it and says that it is great for her. She do seem to have the energy of the energized bunny rabbit. Wish I could take it.

Great stuff, just mix in with water.

I'm not a fan of spicy, so this was way to hot for me. If you like spice - go for it.
