Best cameras ever!! This is the second one I bought and the only one with floodlights (the one I bought before had a light just not floodlight). Our friends recommended this product and I am so satisfied with it. I bought another Eufy camera after this one—3 total plus a homebase. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Friends recommended this product and I would recommend to everyone else. Live the functionality—get alerted anytime something happens at home, AI detection follows what it picks up, and floodlights with night vision. Camera quality:Couldn’t ask for better camera quality— very precise and clear. Also able to zoom in very far and keep detail. Battery life:This particular one is wired but my others are solar and never had issues with any of them. Size:Perfect size. Not too big or small. Love that I can place very high up so they cannot be removed or blocked by anyone (other camera brands are mounted low and can be messed with). Ease of use:Eufy App is extremely user friendly. No issues at all. Always working and reliable. Sound quality:I love talking back and forth with family on these cameras. Excellent sound quality both both through app and through camera. Speed:App is very quick and camera is wonderful with speed of alerting me. Would not choose a different camera brand. Have 3 of these now and might get more. Can see exquisite detail and zoom in more to see more detail.

A coworker suggested this brand to me because they do not need a subscription. I was skeptical at first not buying a major player brand. I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease of setup. Everything went well for me and I had a complicated setup where I had to wire in a new box. They think of everything including a hook to hang the light as you are making final wire connections.The AI is not always correct though as should be expected. A couple of times I have had a scary notification at 3am that "somebody has been spotted" and it was a moth. One time was super eery as it was a moth flying erratically on the sidewalk and looked exactly like human eyes bobbing up and down walking. Be prepared for some jump scares. Another time a spider built a nest near the microphone and his legs made this loud hammering sound that was very unsettling but it was an anomaly of a small creature being right on top of the mic. The spiders will also build webs and their silk looks like some kind of alien floating orbs of white light in the middle of your viewfield. This thing has been an adventure in nerves.The HD quality is great. You get high detail unlike some other cheapo cams I've bought I the past. It's been running flawlessly for months now. I especially like that I can use a low light that shifts to high light when something is detected.

Bought this and have the 380 eufy hub. Was hoping to use the hub to put it in HomeKit however it doesn’t work. The hub shows up but not the items attached to it that are not HomeKit.The camera works very well, detects motion and is very clear. The 2 lenses do a great job.The light and motion sensor work well however it would be nice to have an added feature to prevent it from coming on if you are home vs away through geofence. Overall a good purchase and easy to setup. No problems after having for one year other than the limitations noted.

I love all my Eufy cameras. The PTZ is hands down my favorite. The installation was a breeze and connecting it to wifi was a cake walk. The camera quality is very clear and the audio is crisp. When mounting the best surprise was a little hook that attaches to the camera and the wall so you can wire the harness. No monthly fee and add a 128gb SD card for maximum recording. This is my 4th camera and have recommend it to all my neighbors.

UPDATE:Still in 2024, still no issues, running flawlessly! If you’re having issues with Homebase 3 read below! Make sure you update both devices as well! If you have issues running homebase loading stream, just restart homebase 3 not reset!So the camera set up was pretty easy. I thought it was nice that you can actually power this with an extension cord and run power to the camera. Camera is pretty responsive and the notifications are MUCH quicker than my other cameras. I actually have the other 360 camera from eufy installed previously and I like this one a lot better. My only wish is being able to change the color temperature of the lights, no big deal, but I wish it was a bit more warmer temperature. No issues installing it with a standard round junction box, they have many cut outs so any angle is not a problem. Now keep reading if you are having issues about home base 3.I bought this camera for being able to record24/7 and for it being compatible with home base 3 since it can store up to 14tb of video on the device which is amazing. I bought an external ssd for the home base 3 and installed it. I also put an internal sd card inside the camera. Now setting up home base 3 after installing the camera was a breeze. You have to make sure you update both the home base and the camera in order to have them connected. It worked pretty well for a day or two with the camera. All of a sudden I had so many issues! No notifications, no 24/7 recording working, issues streaming. I was about to give up and actually return the home base 3 and let the camera run on its own without the home base. I really liked the home base because running it would also act like an extender for your devices connected to it. I went to reset the device and then from the initial set up, I actually set it up with home base 3 to see if that made a difference. It did! I added the home base 3 after installing the camera. My advice is for people having issues, just reset it and run it with home base from the beginning. If you bought the home base 3 and this camera, set up the home base 3 FIRST! Then add the camera and it will give you two options, connect using internet or home base 3. From that initial screen you must click home base 3. Yes you can change it later but you’ll run into issues like I have with no notifications or 24/7 stop recording and not working saying no video. Now with the homebase 3 this camera works flawlessly! I’ll update you guys if there any other issues but so far now it works really well, probably the best outdoor camera eufy has to offer! Especially with the clarity. I hope eufy makes other 24/7 recording devices. It’s such a game changer!
