I absolutely needed these for my nails because I use press ons & they ruin them. These pills are tasteless & easy to swallow. I'm growing out my hair and I've read that Biotin is good for hair growth(also skin and nails)I don't know just yet if it works just yet, but it seems like it's doing something to my hair. the pills are easy to swallow and I will continued to buy and take them to see if it helps with my hair, skin and nails I really want to see the results.

Best Biotin /Collagen supplement! Improvement of hair/nails/skin after one month.

I purchased this product to improve the health of my fingernails and because it has collagen as well. I haven't taken it long enough to judge its effectiveness, but my nails are improving.
