No Sensor Chip
The product arrived without a sensor chip, which made this $50 purchase unusable. I opened this after the return time had expired.

Missing important pieces
The new spool arrived without the sensor chip. Cannot use spool without it’s matching serial number sensor chip! Waste of money and time. Thanks for the terrible support.

Great quality stuff
Great quality stuff...only downside is NFC chip got "corrupted" about 1/4 roll through. Luckily I have another 3d printer I can use this awesome filament on.
