Good for hot but not cold
Like the product for brewing tea, etc. but not happy with the temperature of the cold water.

Plastic smell
The product is ver effective and useful but unfortunately water smells like plastic. The seller replaced quickly the new one also smell the same. Unfortunately we refunded it.
