My favorite inukin to make yogurt. It definitely has improved the favor of my yogurt and it’s a reasonable price. I’ve bought it many times and will continue to buy it.

Gentle on the tummy.
This has been gentle on the tummy. Some inulin powder isn't.

Tastes good, but don't add to hot liquid/food
Adds very well to oat milk, and tastes great in it. I added it to my morning oatmeal and before I could stir it in, it had solidified into a hard mass. I broke it up best I could and stirred it in, hoping it'd dissolve, but it had only turned into hard, sharp lumps, that cut up my mouth. So, add to cold foods like shakes, but keep clear of adding it to hot foods.
