Everything I wanted. I brought a ceramic tagine on Morocco and hoped I’d be able to use it on my induction range with a diffuser. No luck. I could not even get water in the tagine to boil on high. I returned the diffuser and got this burner. Tagine no problem.

Love this for my wok. Super easy and portable. Been on a big wok cooking kick lately. Used this to serve over 20 people Mongolian BBQ style a couple times this semester and it was great.

I recently used the 12-inch block burner to heat water for processing a turkey, and overall, it performed really well. The burner heated the water up incredibly fast—much quicker than I expected! I was able to get the water to the ideal temperature quickly, and it maintained heat well throughout the process. For anyone who needs to process poultry or large amounts of water for any other reason, this burner will definitely get the job done.The only downside I’ve noticed is that the unit did rust a little where the water spilled over. While this didn’t affect its performance, it’s something to keep in mind if you plan on using it in a wet environment regularly. A little extra care to prevent water exposure might help avoid this issue in the future.Overall, the 12-inch block burner is a solid choice for heating large amounts of water fast. Despite the rusting issue, I’m still very happy with its performance and would recommend it for anyone looking for efficiency in their turkey processing or similar tasks.

Works Great for Deep Frying outdoors to avoid the mess inside. A bit large for camping, but great for fast cooking outside at home. Would boil water for cooking crab or lobster at a record pace.

I picked this one to replace an older burner and this one has a higher BTU rating. Works great.

I bought this to power the water to dye pine needles for my coiling class. This is a super unit! I connected to a small tank and used a roaster pan . I was worried that I may not be able to control the heat but that was no problem. From boil to simmer it was right at the right height. This would be great for cooking outdoor. Heat is intense but controlled, light weight portability, small packing and storage. What more could you want?

Very very good burner. Burns good and hot, also very efficient as far as staying lit with weather
