The media could not be loaded. The capsules were not too big and were easy to swallow. They do not have a smell. No taste before or after taking. Gave 4 stars because I didn’t notice any improvement in hot flashes or mood. Maybe it works, just not for me.

Immediately killed my sex drive as a woman, but that's what happens when I take anything that affects my hormones.Taking stuff like this is a stab in the dark if you don't know your hormone levels. Otherwise you're just guessing you might have excess estrogen.Was hoping it would help my acne but had to stop after a week.
