I’m only a few days taking Neurogan Spermidine. So far, great packaging, consistent product —no defects. We bought 2x 60 days for my wife and I. We’re in our sixties and looking forward to monitoring the impact of daily spermidine. I’ll update when we have some more experience with the product.

I felt like my brain was in short circuit, I felt weird. I stopped taking it and then I went back to normal. Never again

Can’t tell if this works as intended because it gives me unbearable headaches. I started on one pill in the morning and one in the evening, and within 3 days I developed a constant and increasing headache that eventually left me in bed for two days with a migraine. The only thing that had changed in my routine was the addition of the supplements so I immediately stopped taking it after about 5 days. A month later I tried again, and after 2 1/2 days, the headache started again. Thinking it was likely this supplement, I stopped taking it sooner than I did the last time so the constant headache has been irritating, but more mild and has not turned into a migraine, but it’s still not completely gone three days after ceasing use. There are so many benefits to spermidine that I will try again, but I will only take one pill a day instead of the recommended two. After doing research, I’ve seen that spermidine can cause headaches in some people but the recommended dose elsewhere is 1 to 6 Mgs. This is a 10 Mg recommended dose so maybe it’s just too much for me. ??

I know spermidine has a lot of potential benefits, but i started taking this because I've been having really bad hair thinning, clumps of hair were coming out in the shower. I've tried several things, topical and supplements, no help. Within 2 weeks of starting this, the excessive shedding had completely stopped. I'm now at 1 month, still no more shedding. It's too soon to tell if I will get new hairs coming in, but just the fact the excessive shedding has stopped has been such a relief.
