Perfect for what I needed. I insulated the interior roof of my van. Easy to use and VERY sticky. You will need to get it right first time.

It helps insulate my garage door. It is quite sticky, so you need to do it well in one go.

Excellent quality

I ran out of very expensive sticky backed insulation for my camper van build. I bought a roll of this to finish off and it is great. I wish I had used it from the start. Would buy again.

Good isolation products and self adhesive is perfect

One of the key aspects to this type of insulation is that it sticks and stays there, preventing moisture from getting behind it and adding some sound deadening. I prepped the surface but after a couple of days all of the insulation had come off. I wouldn’t recommend buying this.

I used this inside the roof of my van that I occasionally use as a camper van. It has since kept the van very cool in summer. And warm in winter. I’m very happy it worked so well. I also have a silver ceiling as I haven’t covered it with anything else. I may paint some stars in it in luminous ink. It’s good.
