I purchased Dandelion root supplements as I've read that it's an immune booster. I started taking it after not being able to get over sinus issues due to being exposed to children I work with and terrible pollen season! I take this along with a few other immune boosters. So far, I'm happy to say that I believe it is helping. Im around children all day with very runny noses and since getting over my own sinus issues, I've been able to stay healthy.
