This Lakshmi Murti is absolutely detailed, she sits on the Lotus flower, beautiful seated with Kalash in her hand on lap. A lotus flower begins down in the muck and mud and rises up through the water to blossom unscathed at the water’s surface. You can think of the path of the lotus as the journey to enlightenment. It is the journey from the darkness to the light.The artist has done a brilliant job to bring life to this beautiful statue. It emanates peace and absolute abundance of spiritual gains. I am thrilled to have found it on amazon. My daily pujas are filled with gazing and meditating on this beautiful murti.
