This lamp is lovely! There was a tiny tear in the lampshade, and I wrote to them about it. They answered me right away!!! and said they would send me another one. They were so prompt, and so kind, and even wrote to make sure I had received the new lamp and that I was satisfied with it. I have never seen customer service like this. Thank you so much!!! Great little lamps! Easy to put together, looks just like the photos. I put them in my guest room, they are perfect size for bedside lamps.
