Steps are not flat even after fully extending the ladder on level ground. There is a slight inclination which won't give you any confidence when climbing. The lower pair of orange straps has some sag when fully extended, that means all the weight is taken by the upper pair of straps. Which may likely cause them to snap/rip apart over time.
