I have tried a couple different brands and have been let down with the flavor. So I did worry that this was gonna be a flop. BUT, I was proved wrong. The flavor is delicious! Tastes just like the Sonic Ocean Water drink I was so surprised. It uses stevia as its sweetener which is awesome!For me the price was a little high BUT I think it is def worth it from the flavor, to the sweetness to the amount in the bag (24 packets). I did notice also that GHOST has more product per packet compared to other brands that have a little less than half so that's something worth the price.If you use your typical 16oz water bottle I recommend making it really cold OR adding more water as to some it may seem a little sweet (nothing excessive though). It dissolves pretty quickly.This is a product I will hype up always. Highly recommended especially if you're a big fan of the Ocean Water like me!!!! You won;t be disappointed. Def will repurchase.

This is my new favorite and go-to for my daily hydration boost!!For my liking, it's a bit too sweet, but nothing a little extra water can't help with!I also found that it's a bit harder to dissolve than my former "popular-brand" packets ... but I figured out a trick to get these to quickly dissolve.1. I grab a ROOM TEMP bottled water.2. I pour half the room temp bottled water into my 30oz tumbler (this makes more space in the bottle)3. I empty the packet into the remaining bottled water, screw the cap on and give it some serious shaking.4. Once shaken, I make sure there are no chunks falling to the bottom.5. Then, I pour it into my tumbler.6. Lastly, I add ice to my tumbler AND top off my tumbler with cold, filtered water and swirl it around! *chef's kiss* Perfection!**I do add about 6-8oz of cold filtered water as this helps dilute the sweetness for me.Since losing 60+ lbs with a GLP-1/GIP, my tastebuds and cravings have drastically changed. I don't think the "old" me would have thought this was too sweet. However, the "new" me that hasn't had (nor craved) a soda, ice cream, donut, etc in 6 months finds it to be very sweet. Again, nothing a little extra water can't fix.I REALLY appreciate the fact that GHOST has less sugar in their hydration packets. Honestly, I had no idea the previous hydration packets I was using had significantly more sugar in them as I never really bothered to check nor compare.I will definitely be ordering these again!!!

INGREDIENTS: great source for electrolytes, no caffeine.MIX-ABILITY: mixes very well, dissolves quick.PRICE: is a bit high, but great way to get your daily hydration.FLAVOR: taste as advertise, has that nostalgic sour patch kids taste.

I struggle to ensure I get enough electrolytes with my workouts and I was getting sick of the Nuun flavor I was using. Decided to switch it up and get this. Overall, it's really good. It's definitely very sweet / tart--almost tastes like kool-aid--so I don't make it a regular drink. I'll have it on occasion when I'm specifically craving something sweet right before/after a workout. It also mixes really well and I never get clumps like you can with some powders. I'm not sure if I'll buy again once I run out, but it's definitely worth trying if you like sweet or tart drinks!

I was sent the wrong flavor. Instead of lemon crush, I received strawberry kiwi. I do not like the flavor but the product works. I recommend alternative flavors.Update:Ghost contacted me and sent the lemon crush that I originally ordered. Great product and company!

I had no idea how much dehydration impacted my health before this drink!! It has been a game changer!!I hated other drinks because of the high salt content . This is just right for me and has really given me some true relief!!

Very very sweet. No idea how much stevia is used in this strawberry kiwi flavored product but as electrolytes go this is overly sweet for my tastes.

My husband was already obsessed with GHOST Energy drinks, and now he’s fully committed to the hydration packets like they’re part of his personality. And honestly? I kind of get it. These taste amazing—not chalky or weird like some electrolyte powders—and they actually work. He uses them after workouts, yard work, or just because “hydration is key, babe.” I’ve even caught myself stealing a packet here and there because the flavor is so good. GHOST really knows how to make staying hydrated feel cool. 10/10 will be reordering… probably forever.
