This works as well as our last one. I loved the color. I will say there are 2 cons: it doesn't go smaller than 8 oz, and it doesn't have a strong option.I really like the way it takes up a small space on my counter. It's nice to have it come foward far enough lifting the handle to put in a Kcup doesn't hit the cabinet, all the while taking up less space in my kitchen. The water tank is nice and easily refilled.We are happy with this machine.

I love this. The removable water reservoir makes it easy to refill. Very satisfied with this purchase.

It's in my office and I LOVE it. just the right size don't take up a lot of space and quick to make the cup of tea, or coffee for visitors.

After one use, the next day it started to smell like burning rubber and powered down. It is totally broken now and doesn't work. Since this unit was in my guest room, it didn't get used much, and I can't return it now. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Also, beware that this is a Canadian unit and has different warranty requirements.

The lid doesn' close down all the way when it has a pod in it but it still brews. The build quality seems a little cheaper than other Keurigs. The multistream is great. The coffee is stronger and tastes better than coffee brewed by the Keurigs that don't use multistream.

Love this new Kerrigan. After years with a single serve Kerrigan, one that offers multiple cups is nice. Comes out from the wall further than my single serve but it’s thinner. Makes a cup instantly without having to wait for the water to heat.

I loved this coffee maker and used it to make one or two cups of coffee a day. Unfortunately, after nine months, it stopped working. It won’t turn on at all. Keurig won’t honor the warranty because they say Amazon is not an authorized dealer.
