Very good!
It's just a part of my husband's diet change but he managed to reduce his bad cholesterol level by a third!!obviously it wouldnt be only that he started to drink the fiber. He made other changes to his diet: resigned from full fat milk (almond milk instead), yellow cheese, limited meet to once a week, limited white bread, eats more oats and almonds. However all in all I think the fiber helped as well!
