Could be better.
These were purchased to replace some plastic ones that there constantly getting dropped on the floor. They are used in the classroom and are moved from the shelf and to the desks at least twice a day. Unfortunately they are not as sturdy as they look. Each one has up to 10 exercise books in them. The plastic ones held around 12/13 books. After about 1 week, they had already ripped. By ripped I mean that the sides had actually come apart, and this was one that actually only had 6 books in. They were not overfilled, there was plenty of space still in the file for more books to be added, I didn't wan't to overload them as this is something I did not want to happen.Another one of them, has ripped from the bottom. They assemble by pop studs at the bottom on the flaps. Well one of the flaps has totally come off, leaving the metal still attached to the box and the flap attached to the other by the pop stud.Honestly, I've had these before and they lasted years. In fact, I think I still have some. Overall these were not great and not something I am going to be buying again. I will be looking for alternatives for the next school year. I would NOT recommend as they are not as durable as they seem.

Fit for purpose
These are sturdy cardboard open box files. The only grip I have is that they were slightly different shades and I wanted to sit them side by side but had to desperate them. However, I would recommend this product
