Fit our existing windows perfectly
The only downside is that the locking is pretty 'gentle', you don't get a solid click when it closes. This is a weak failing, that's why it is 5-star ;)The nice thing, or a major security flaw, is that the ones I got were keyed alike

Once window is shut some windows seem harder to open
The push button doesn’t always push in when you want to open the window and seems stiff and stuck. I’m not sure if this will loosen in time or not but a couple of windows I had to deactivate the lock to be able to use the window handle. I did this by breaking the clip inside. Once the window is shut and stuck place a piece of thin metal in gap and force window clip inside (sometimes breaking it off. You can find YouTube video of this). This will make you able to use the handle to open and close but you will not be able to use the key to lock it. Also, be prepared to have to saw the spindle of handle to desired length.

Mainly good, a few faulty.
Not sure if I've had a faulty batch of these but a number of them that I received, you still open when locked. Returned/swapped out and replacements were fine. Easy to fit and great for the price.

Beware the plastic bit.....
Bought a couple to replace existing handles, easy to fit but I left it a couple of weeks before fitting them only to then find when trying to open the lock that the plastic lock insert broke. Too late for me to return to Amazon and so far no response from Yale. While it's 'good' value i still expect it to work and to be given a replacement by the maker.... I have bought them in the past and they've been fine. Just be wary of the plastic part that does seem that reliable based on several reviews.

EASY TO FIT
I had four sturdy, but old, silver alloy handles on two white UPVC windows in the sitting room. They worked but looked weathered so I decided to change them. I looked at DIY stores, online and on Amazon and decided on these Yale handles based on reviews, brand name, and price. Firstly they are not as solid as the old ones I took off, the new ones are a lighter feel, lighter operation, and the hidden safety button that keeps it secure when closed is plastic. The screw holes matched the old ones exactly, seems an industry standard? However my old handles sat flat against the frame, the new Yale ones have a 10mm raised section behind the screw hole, I presume so it sits snugly into the frame. So I had to drill out the old screw hole in the UPVC frame to make them all 10mm so the new handles would fit flush. (not mentioned in the Amazon advert?). Note of warning, get a 10mm drill suitable for UPVC frames so it doesn't bite into the plastic. That being said once drilled out the new handles simply fitted into the old holes and looked very good. The handles click shut, so you push the thumb button to release the safety button. There is a key lock on the thumb button, but Yale supplied a small white clip on cover that covers the key hole and made them look neater if you don't normally lock them. Overall easy to fit, they look good, work well, and seem value for money for what I paid.
