Improve sleeping and good for constipation

Just reordered this again as I was really pleased with the quality compared to other brands. It’s definitely improving my sleep.

Brilliant supplement. Helps with crashing fatigue and general tiredness. I have noticed such a difference since taking these daily although now I'm down to 2 a day instead of 4. Recommended to friends who also suffer and they have improved energy to with no more brain fog. Excellent product.

I have found that my sleep has improved since taking these at 4 capsules a day. I take 1 in the morning and 3 an hour or so before bed. I am waking up less often at night than usual and when I do, I usually go straight back to sleep (whereas before, I'd often be awake for hours). It does seem to relax me.

I wish there could be a way of trying supplements before I buy. I took my time to source the products well but I'm very sensitive and have nasty side effects. It's expensive to find out when you pay for a bottle.I'm sure this product is excellent, but not for me. I also bought B12, I can't take either. 😕
