I got this to do single leg quad extensions with dumbbells. They fit well around both my straight and contoured grip dumbbells, and still had room for one micro gains plate (2.5 lbs) on each side. I don’t use it for kettlebell swings though, since the width of the dumbbell is a little clunky for that movement.

These are really cool because they can transform regular weights into kettle bells. They even work with dumbbells that hold individual weights.I have 2 dislikes:- I wish the handle had a larger diameter. I have X-Large hands and the handle feels a bit on the small side- I wish the plastic on the grip was replaced with better grip.I've wrapped mine with tape to increase the diameter. Still, this is a fantastic product and a huge space-saver in your weight room because you don't need to also buy kettle bells in addition to dumbbells.4 stars.

Works as advertised. I am very happy with the product. My only criticism would be that the grip be a little shorter

Feels like a solid item aside from the fact it is entirely plastic but the pin itself it rotates on. However don't let the description or images fool you this does not fit bow flex dumbbells product "552" even without large plate removed. Also want going to try and force it as that shouldn't be necessary considering again its plastic.
