Good quality, easy instal
Easy to stick down and install. Easily cut with good scissors or Stanley. Great grip between vinyl and Karndean utility/kitchen. Installed both flooring and strip with ease. Holding up well to mop and steam cleaner.

Adhesive tape could be stronger.
I liked the fact that it is flexible, easy to cut and fit, my only reservation is the adhesive tape is not strong enough to hold on ceramic floor tile but it did grip on the cushion flooring, so I had to use a stronger adhesive tape which was an extra cost.

So easy to use, soft material, easily cut to size with kitchen scissors. Strong adhesive backing. Looks so nice and finished off my new flooring perfectly
