Wrapped my outside pipes with reflective foam insulation and used this tape. A few days later i went to check on them and found that the tape is coming undone. So far only about an inch. good thing i wrapped it around the pipe twice.I will just use duct tape which i know is not waterproof but it will last a lot longer than this tape.In summary: Do not buy this if you plan to use it outside

I see that the listing has now been updated. When I ordered it, the images, video, and description said it was a much stronger product with fiber content that could not be torn. I returned the product, gave feedback, and reordered, but again received the same thing. I needed some kind of aluminum tape right away, so kept it. It tears easily, but seems to adhere. Because of my experience, I cannot rate it highly, and it has only been a month, so I cannot speak to durability, but it seems to work for use as is now described -- I checked the listing before writing this review.
